Artwork Setup Guide β€” Luxury Name Cards (Foil / Spot UV / Both)

Please prepare your artwork files based on the specifications below before uploading. Luxury cards require two separate files.

Finished size: 90 Γ— 54mm

With bleed: 93 Γ— 57mm (add 1.5mm bleed on all sides)

Safe zone: 87 Γ— 51mm (keep all text and logos at least 1.5mm from the trim edge)

File 1 β€” Print Artwork (full colour)

  • Set up at full bleed dimensions: 93 Γ— 57mm
  • Full colour design, front and back
  • Resolution: 300 dpi minimum
  • Colour mode: CMYK
  • Save as PDF (print-ready), AI, or EPS

File 2 β€” Embellishment Layer (Foil / Spot UV)

  • Same dimensions as print file: 93 Γ— 57mm
  • Areas to receive foil or spot UV must be filled solid black (100% K)
  • All other areas must be white (empty)
  • Save as a separate PDF or AI file clearly labelled "FOIL LAYER" or "SPOT UV LAYER"

Notes:

  • Keep all important content within the safe zone (87 Γ— 51mm)
  • Foil and spot UV work best on bold, clean shapes β€” very fine lines below 0.5pt may not reproduce well
  • If ordering Foil + Spot UV, please supply two separate embellishment layer files, one labelled for each

  • Resolution: 300 dpi minimum
  • Do not include crop marks or printer's marks in your uploaded files
