Yes. If you need a custom packaging size, material, or structure not listed on the website, contact us via the Get a Quote form or WhatsApp us at +6012-6909486. We handle custom jobs regularly — from bespoke rigid boxes to food-grade flexible pouches with specific certifications.

We work with artcard, rigid board, kraft, corrugated, and food-safe materials. Finishes available include gloss lamination, matte lamination, soft-touch lamination, spot UV coating, gold and silver foil stamping, and embossing. Available finishes depend on the packaging type — check individual product pages or contact us for guidance.

Standard production is 3–5 working days after artwork approval, depending on product and quantity. Orders confirmed before 2PM go into production the same day. Rush options are available for urgent jobs — contact us. Delivery across Malaysia takes 1–3 working days after dispatch. International orders (Singapore, UK, UAE, Australia) typically take 5–10 working days.

We accept PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, JPG, PNG and GIF. PDF is preferred for best print results. All colours must be in CMYK mode — RGB files will be converted and colours may shift. Images must be at least 300 dpi at actual print size. See our Design Guide for full file preparation specs.

Yes. Our in-house design team can create your artwork from scratch or finalise your existing files. This is especially useful for packaging where structural dielines, bleed setup, and colour accuracy are critical. Contact us before placing your order to discuss requirements and pricing.

We use both digital and offset printing, chosen based on your product and quantity. Digital printing suits small runs with no minimum order and a fast turnaround. Offset printing suits larger runs, where the per unit cost drops significantly and you unlock finishes like spot UV, foil stamping and embossing. Your product page shows which method applies.

Prices shown on each product page are live and accurate based on your selected quantity, size, and finish. The final price at checkout includes all finishing and production costs.
